Where are your products manufectured?

Our products are formulated and packaged at our manufacturing facilities in Lahore & Chichawatni, Pakistan.

Do you provide international shipping?

We’re currently shipping in Pakistan only. For international orders, you can contact us via email at info@layla.com.pk

How long do you take to diliver an order?

Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days. Please make sure that complete address and active mobile number is mentioned with the order to help the delivery on time (incomplete information may result in a delay or a returned order).

How can i place an order on your website?

To place an order follow these steps:

– Click “Proceed to Checkout”
– Enter Billing Details
– Click “Place Order”

What are the payment methods/options available?

We’re providing Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

How can i get to know the confirmation status of my order?

You will receive the confirmation and order shipment details via email on the provided ID. Also, kindly check “Spam” folder or “Promotions” tab in your email, as sometimes the emails may get delivered in these sections.

Can i cancel my order?
